« We had a great time. The kitchen was super convenient in helping us prep for the wedding. We enjoyed live music from our friends as they played for us in the back deck. Lots of deer visited as well. »

« Really enjoyed the location. A couple of notes for owner/property manager: Bushes in back of house around patio need to be trimmed back. Gas grills did not work. Lights in stove top exhaust hood do not work. Thanks you »

« This was our second time staying at the Lil Restin and we absolutely love it. The cabin has been maintained well and it is very clean. The host kept in contact and made check in easy. We enjoyed sitting on the porches and watching all the hummingbirds. It’s a great getaway to enjoy peace and quiet. We will be back! »

« Loved the place. Comfortable. Cute. Clean. Plenty of room to sit. This is on second floor. There is a carport for your car. Wifi can be spotty but this is also true for rest of the town. Do visit the museum. It is within walking distance. »

« This is the second time we have stayed here and once again, it was great. This property very well appointed and well maintained. It is a short walk to Main St. La Veta, which is very nice. Sitting on the deck in the afternoon, with the sun and the Cuchara River is very relaxing. It is a great choice! »

« Really pleased with this place. I would do 6 stars for location and neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful, a little off the main roads. Great view of Beckwith. Really nice neighborhood to just take off walking. Beckwith is a great little lake for recreation & awesome fishing. House was exactly as advertised. Great value at affordable price. Kitchen is well equipped and handy. Good internet and TV service. Cool balcony overlooking the lake. Great scenery & lots of wildlife. Convenient drive to...

« Our family gathered at the ranch for a few days of connection and rest. The property is amazing-expansive and beautiful. The ranch house, bunk house and tiny house were extremely clean and comfortable. The Kenneys have been good stewards of their land. Their love for the ranching way of life is evident in every detail.
