« Loved the property and area. Lots deer in yard every day. Kitchen could be better stocked fir lager groups and cooking. DWe had great time and would stay again. »

Loved the modern feel of the home amid the quiet, peaceful outdoors. The large accommodations allowed us to meet as one family and have moments of sharing, reflecting, laughing, and crying together. « This newly remodeled home is beautiful on the inside. We all loved it. Big and roomy. Great appliances, furnishings, decor. Check in was easy. Had one question & owner/manager teplied quickly. My only advice is if you are traveling with anyone having mobility issues that 3 of the 4 bedrooms and the washer & dryer are upstairs. We loved our stay. »

« We stayed here for family weekend at St. Bonaventure. It was about a 20 minute drive. Such a great view from the living room. It felt like you were on a cruise ship, as the lake is steps away. »

« Enjoyed a fun snowy weekend in Alfred, NY. The unique masonry structure was a toasty warm and draft free place to cozy up and cook some great meals. The close location to Alfred U made seeing the art exhibitions so convenient. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 3-acre lodge, locasted near the small town of Coudersport. Communications with the owner were easy, cheerful and informative. Check-in was simple, and there was ample parking for several cars. The house was neat and very clean. The living room is comfortable with a large flat screen television. « Great location for family travelling from UK, Vermont and Florida for graduation at St Bonaventure University. Everything great but loved the coffee machine. »

« This property exceeded all expectations and is reasonably priced. The location on the lake is provides privacy and is ideal for swimming or boating. All amenities were in working order and the house was stocked with everything you needed. The deck area is situated to host a large group comfortably and all furniture is modern and comfortable. « We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful cabin. We went to Cherry Springs stargazing, but had the same wonderful view (and much more comfortable seats) from the fire ring area. We heard coyotes and turkeys. There was a deer in the front lawn Saturday morning. We, also, went on the Ole Covered Wagon tour and went shopping in Wellsboro. I enjoyed every minute on our relaxing weekend. »
