« House was clean however did have some spiders and webs which is typical but Someone before us must have had a pet as there was an odor in master room if door is shut (believe it is on rug by door). Porch and decking are old and need replacing. However we were not there to spend time in house and it fit our needs »

« We booked this home in North Hero for a familly gathering and we all were very impressed with all it had to offer. Being directly on the lake we had everything we were looking for. The large interior space is comfortable and well appointed. The outside area with a boat dock, campfire area, and screened in porch allowed us to enjoy the perfect August Vermont weather. The fishing is also very good right off the dock. »

« This was a very convenient location to have beautiful lake views and a quick drive to Burlington. Only complaint is conflicting info about whether or not pets were welcome. Online listing said no but when we arrived a sign said pets were welcome so that was frustrating as we had to arrange care for our pets while we were away. Since we spent a good deal of our time at the home we would’ve really appreciated being able to bring our dog. »

« My husband, I and our two granddaughters, ages 7 and 15, had an absolutely wonderful 2 day stay. Very comfortable accommodations, spectacular view and location right on Lake Champlain. When we pulled up it’s a barn attached to a house and you have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the “apartment” it’s a barn so lots of black flies upstairs so we didn’t use the beds. « Such a nice property! The view is STUNNING and the sunsets every night are unbeatable. I love that the cottage is older and rustic.
