« Loved the property & location but there was a weird neighbor Nextdoor we caught spying on us with a flashlight out of their window at night, made us feel very uncomfortable being a mom alone with her kids, luckily nothing further happened but I did not sleep well that night! « We stayed at Richard's property for a small family reunion of sorts and could not be happier with the experience. The home is beautiful and spacious. There are ample rooms and beds and a place for everyone to gather or do their own thing. The proximity to Ogunquit was also key. Especially liked being able to cook a family dinner and be together at the large dining room table. We are going to make this an annual trip and will definitely book again! »

« You could tell how new this property was with every detail in the home and the cleanliness! Also host thought of leaving many helpful things that we didn’t need to bring (all bedding, bath towels, beach towels, wagon, nice beach chairs). Our group of five (four adults and a 4 year old) had a great stay and had plenty of room to spread out. Hope to return again in the future! »

« The house was amazing in so many ways. It was large enough for a big family gathering; there were a multitude of places to find a quiet place if needed; the outdoor seating options were varied; the kitchen was well stocked and plenty of seating for everyone; the ADA bedroom makes it so much easier with elderly members; the location to beaches and the Nubble lighthouse were just a short walk, etc etc! We had a fabulous time and super comfortable stay and would highly recommend this property. »

« We spent a long weekend at the seaside retreat and even though it was January we had some mild temps and were able to take some nice walks with our dog on the beach. The house was immaculate when we arrived, maybe the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in! The bathrooms are huge and the bedrooms were just right. « The house was as listed and provided plenty of space for our family to eat and hang out together. Beds were comfortable. Towels plentiful and nice quality. Heat worked. Plenty of hot water. We just have two suggestions for improvement: the dishwasher does not clean dishes at all. Not even a little. The kitchen tools are there but are so cheap they hardly work-a spatula shouldn’t bend under a pancake. All the knives are extremely dull. »
