Tastefully decorated to match the lush setting, our spacious and open house has everything you need to have fun with the whole group. Relax in the hot tub under the stars, play shuffleboard with friends, hike in the beautiful National Park, or visit the shops and restaurants in downtown Joshua Tree.

And don’t forget to bring your camera—the sunsets are breathtaking!

Our bright and airy space mirrors the beauty of the surrounding desert. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath house works well for friends, couples, and families who want to experience all that Joshua Tree has to offer. We can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

The property comes with a shuffleboard, swimming pool, hot tub, and BBQ to maximize your outdoor fun all year round.


** Pool Heating **
Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! The cost of heating is mentioned below depending on the months of the year. We need at least 48-hour notice for pool heating. Pool heating needs to start 24 hours prior to your arrival and will be heated between 80-85 degrees. The fees are applied for all nights of your stay.

Jan, Feb - $180/night
March thru Oct - $80/night
Nov, Dec - $120/night

**Please also note that the pool and spa rely on one heating source and can only be heated one at a time. Thus, if you would like the spa heated, please note that the pool may cool down quickly due to the cold temperatures in the desert.

Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave.

No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.

For your safety, we have security cameras in the front and backyard.

Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray.
