Lakefront property w/ Firepit ~20 min from Rochester

Multiple steps lead down to an updated cabin right on the beautiful Lake Zumbro. Walk out the front door and enjoy being right on the lake where memories will be made all year round. With an attached floating dock where you can park your boat or jump in the water. Easy access in and out of the water with a ladder. Or right onto the ice for some snow shoeing or fishing.

Beautiful covered front porch allows you to sip your morning coffee or entertain while enjoying the views of the lake. Provided grill. Fire pit area with supplied wood for great stories to be told.

Inside the cabin you are welcomed with an open concept living/kitchen where guests can gather. Full amenity kitchen and washer/drier for your convenience. WiFi Provided.

Larger bedroom with king bed and walk in closet. Smaller bedroom with double bed and closet. Large couch in living room with room for air mattress (not provided).

Three restaurants/bars located on/near the lake with either boat access or a short drive. Boat rentals available at Kings Marina.

Just what I needed
This is a very comfortable and well appointed cabin. I couldn’t have asked for anything better for my time of solitude. I highly recommend Keisha’s place for your next get away. I particularly enjoyed being right on the lake, the views, the birds and the way they have made this cabin so comfortable and clean. I had all the essentials I needed for cooking. Would love to come back in the summer with kayaks. One thing I’ll note here just in case it’s not clear to others, make sure you bring your own towels. I’m sure Keisha will update the listing but I didn’t realize until I arrived that I should have packed my own. Not a big deal as Keisha offered some towels of theirs. Great customer service and stellar communication!

Stairs,stairs and more stairs!
I am not sure what you might be able to do. Maybe redesign the stairs with a landing mid hill. Best of luck with your business. I appreciated the response when I reached out. Also not sure what can be done but as a single person not having cell signal in case of emergency is a bit uncomfortable. Thank you again.

Really Nice
We’re Mayo pts - chose this to avoid the Rochester hotel scene. Clean, great hostess, only 20’ drive to Mayo. We’d recommend it to anyone seeking comfort & tranquility during their Mayo ordeal. Only warnings: 38 steps uphill (good stairway, however) from cabin to parking, and water access not ideal for the less-than-agile. We loved it, Overall, 5-star for our needs!

2023 Anniversary Getaway
The cabin updates were lovely, neat, and clean. Wasn't too keen about the bathroom situation, but understood the limited septic options. It would be nice to have a shade on the kitchen window because the neighbors could see right in. Overall a nice getaway!

Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful view and great food down the road at Uncle Johns. Everything we needed was provided. Only downside was very loud neighbors who were banging on our door in the middle of the night. Not being able to flush toilet paper was also strange.

The property was exactly as advertised/pictured and it was beautiful. Well stocked with basics, exceptionally clean with great/comfortable furniture. The decorating was perfect. Beautiful Weekend on the Lake
Our girls weekend at the Anderson cabin was a dream! The furnishings were gorgeous and very comfortable, and you couldn’t beat the location. We loved sitting by the lake, with the fire pit and private little pier, and the neighbors were so friendly. There were only two beds but there was lots of room for air mattresses and cots so our group of 6 made it work. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Nice place to relax and enjoy the view
This recently remodeled property is gorgeous, clean, and comfortable for a smaller party with 2 bedrooms and combined kitchen/living area. The decor and furnishings are tastefully done and very comfortable. The hillside setting can be a bit challenging with steps down to the cottage, and if you come into the property during the winter, the road can be slippery. We came in on a blizzard, but loved the respite the cottage offered. The view is terrific, and if the weather had been nicer, I'msure there would have been great fishing. Lovely place to rent.
