Dear Felix, We appreciate the confidence for coming back to Nobu Barcelona, but we lament you did not have the same experience as the first time. Overall, we are delighted to read that you enjoyed our venues as for the Gym, the Yoga and the Spa. Regarding the room issues, we want to express our apologies and we have forwarded the comment to the housekeeping and IT team to ensure the correct following of our standards as we already do. Concerning the external noise, we have to explain that the past two weeks were the local fairs and made some noise right next to the hotel but is just for a few days. We would be pleased to welcome you back at Nobu Barcelona for your next visit and redeem this experience and make it memorable. Warm regards

Nous avons récemment change le format du petit déjeuner avec une proposition buffet qui semble plaire à notre clientèle qui trouvait notre offre un peu limitée comme vous.
En ce qui concerne les vues des chambres, Nobu Barcelona a plusieurs catégories de chambres distinctes par leur taille et ensuite par leur vues. Les chambres avec vue ont la catégorie skyline et sont situées au a partir du 14e étage. Nous allons réviser notre site internet en français afin de nous assurer que la description des chambres ne porte pas de doutes.
Nous sommes conscients que nous pouvons et devons continuer d’améliorer notre services à la clientèle et vous remercions encore de nous avoir fait parvenir vos impressions qui nous aident a cette fin.
