« The rooms and facilities were very dated. We stayed in the jacuzzi room which also has a balcony for less than $150 a night. The room was clean and hotel was close to main strip. Would probably stay again for the jacuzzi, pool and balcony. »

« We arrived in the lobby was large, smelled fresh and clean. The customer service representative was knowledgeable and friendly. She referred us to the concierge that was knowledgeable and friendly as well. We are very pleased with the overall experience. The beds were so comfortable that I removed the sheets to get the information on it. 10/10 »

« It wasn't clear in the booking that my room was an "accessible" room. It worked out ok, but just wasn't expecting it. The room was clean and comfortable. »

« The bed and pillows were very hard. Not a fan of that. I was glad that there was a sheet on the bed, I have stayed at hotels that have started using only the duvet and if you get too warm, it’s not good. The place was clean and the staff was wonderful, but the comfort level was not what I like »
