« We stayed 2 nights and wished we could stay longer. Lower Slaughters is the best place in the Cotswolds, and the Country Inn atmosphere and staff have further contributed to our very relaxing stay there. We planned to go for more visits, but decided to seize the moment and stay a full-day enjoying the place to read, rest, do short walks to Bourton-on-the-water or the next door mill »

« Fantastic staff nothing too much trouble. Fantastic room a surprise upgrade on the room I had originally booked. The room was lovely and WOW the bathroom was out of this world. I would stay again such a beautiful building. Only one negative was the pigeon that sat on the vent to the bathroom singing to us but sooner that than noisy people. »

« Hampton Manor is a beautiful hotel with excellent dining options and lovely gardens. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative is that it’s close to Birmingham airport so there is occasionally some aircraft noise. However well worth a visit »

« Had a lovely 2 night stay , stayed in the summer room which we could not fault . Service in the pub area very good and ate the first night in the pub restaurant which again was great . »

« Accueil très chaleureux, de plus notre hôtesse parle français. Chambre claire, spacieuse, très confortable. Une vue imprenable sur la campagne anglaise, avec, au premier plan un beau verger. Tout est prévu pour que le séjour soit parfait. Un petit déjeuner à la carte qui s'adapte à toutes les gourmandises. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre hôtesse, de sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son art de recevoir ! »

« It was like adream come true. Even though we did not have a car to get around , the owners gave us a contact so we were picked up when we needed it. Otherwise we walked around the most beautiful cottage area, it was peaceful, relaxing and the owners were very enjoyable. The breakfast every morning was very good. »

« The cottage and the entire property are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. The cottage is fully stocked with everything a guest may require. The fridge was stocked with milk, a pack of bacon, a pack of cheese and wine. Fruits and homemade marmalade were also left for us. All very thoughtful and welcoming.
