« We enjoyed the deck at El Refugio. The beds were also comfortable. Nice location and view of Ensenada. 4 stars on cleanliness because there were a few really dirty spots (top of glass over stove and top of fridge) where a simple damp sponge would have done wonders. Hot water appliance also failed and was tricky to get hot water. But we were able to contact on-site person and owner and everything resolved to our satisfaction (I was able to take a hot shower). « The condo itself is very nice, very well kept inside, and very secure with the 24 hour security. However, parking was limited to “owners” only near the building. We were told to park off to the side in a dirt lot which caused us to have to walk all the way around the garages to get to the room. Yes, it served its purpose for a quick get away and in need of a place to stay/sleep and explore the surroundings.
