For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights..

Le condo est très confortable et apprécie avec sa superbe piscine sur le toit L environnement extérieur avec tout ces restos et commerces rend le séjour très agréable et donne le goût d y revenir

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The Host were very responsive when contacted however the VRBO Website made it difficult at times as their responses would not completely transmit and seen by me. I at times used a text number I had to seek clarity about their response. The host was great and trying to help us with our inquiries. The Condo was lovely and comfortable. One issue was it was on the noisier side of the building due to traffic. While we would have preferred less noise it didn’t interfere with our enjoying the unit, the amenities, staff and location. We would happily return again in the future.

Perfect Location for a stay in Bucerias
Great location for access around Bucerias and all its amenities. The view from the roof top pool is breathtaking and the perfect place to watch the famous sunsets and the whales in the bay. Pro-tip bring earplugs as there is a lot of construction close by as well as highway noise due to the close proximity of the main highway.

Our first time to stay in Bucerias
The building it self was friendly and convenient to walk to beach. The problems were the view. A run down hotel / hostel next door with a roof view of an ugly toilet on roof top! It was close to highway so a lot of noise & musical all night on weekends from a crossed the highway, then the rooster at 5 am to top it off. View on other side was of building. There were not enough towels provided for bathing but beach towels were there. There was a safe in bedroom that did not work, although they never said there was one but if it was still in closet expected it should work. The parking spot provided was barely large enough for an suv and we inquired to use another as the parking lot was mostly empty/ 3 floors. They communicated there was nothing available, if we had a motorcycle it would have fit. The kitchen dishwasher smelled terrible and really didn’t wash dishes properly. I think just needed a good clean and filter in bottom cleaned out. All in all, we felt very safe there but would not book again unless another unit in the building with a view and more amenities.
