« My husband and I stayed here with our 2 teenage kids and we had the best time! We used the kayaks each day and saw tons of manatees, we even had a mother and baby dolphins follow a boat through our canal one morning! Great location and house had all the basics! »

« We had a great week in Clearwater Beach. Our cottage was spacious, clean and a close walk to everything. We enjoyed having the outdoor space and used the outdoor grill. The only thing we had trouble using were the TV’s. They weren’t easy to navigate. We would, gladly, stay again »

« Everything was good. I would rent here again. The only thing i have comment on is both bedding and all the towels were very damp/wet. We spent the first day drying everything. Not a real big issue but wasn't something i really wanted to do my firstday »

« We had a soccer tournament in Lakewood Ranch. This was a perfect location between the fields and the beach. The house was nicely decorated and suited our needs perfectly. There were even beach chairs and beach towels for our use! It was a little cool for the screened in porch but that was a very nice area. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the items. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive in answering questions. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Loved the location on North beach. In walking distance to everything. We didn’t have a car so parking wasn’t a issue for us. The property is small but would be fine for shorter stays. It is the back rental of the property so no view. Short walk to the beach. Only con was the 2 beach chairs they provided need to be replaced. »
