"Not a luxury hotel but well situated near the old town. Small kitchenette is practical if you don't want to eat out. Beware, shower uses ambiant water temperature and can range from lukewarm to hot. Overall a good experience. "

"We had a wonderful stay of 8 nights in December 2024. The hotel is very new and beautiful. Our rooms were very, very comfortable. I liked the big bathroom and shower, as well as the coffee-maker, refrigerator and the big-screen TV. Our view was towards the cruise port, and we enjoyed seeing the ships coming and going. The pool area was absolutely stunning. Perhaps the most beautiful pool I have ever seen. The staff was helpful, courteous and knowledgable. Special thanks to Suhanny, who did our room and who taught me some Papiamentu, and to Rose (who I hope will take up the saxophone again) at the excursions counter. A wonderful location - we could walk to the Swinging Bridge and the Punda area in a few minutes. I'd highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!"

"L'hôtel est très confortable, très bien situé, avec 2 piscines dont une interdite aux enfants beaucoup de transats, un belle plage.... 3 gros inconvénients : malgré le prix des chambres qui est très élevé, ils ne mettent pas à disposition des chaussons dans les chambres, c'est une honte pour cette qualité d'hôtel. Par ailleurs l'hôtel est totalement ouvert et il n'y a aucun pièce fermée pour rester au calme : on est obligé de subir la forte chaleur, avec 100% d'humidité... c'est dur à supporter ! Enfin, mon vol de retour était à 20h. J'ai donc demandé si je pouvais avoir accès à une douche en fin de journée avant d'aller à l'aéroport : ça a été refusé, car ils n'ont pas de douches pour ces cas là.... ils m'ont dit d'aller me baigner dans la piscine et de me changer dans les toilettes... ce n'est franchement pas très glamour vue l'image que l'hotel veut se donner. Malheureusement, il n'y a pas assez d'hôtels haut de gamme sur l'ile et du coup il n'y a pas de concurrence pour les pousser à s'améliorer..."
