« Lewis Cottage is just what we were looking for. A simple quiet cabin in the woods but an easy 20 min drive to anything you would need. The two person hot tub was the best way to unwind after the day of exploring. Would most definitely stay again. »

« We spent five nights at the Place in the Pines in mid-September. The property was clean, comfortable and perfect for two people. Although there are no biking or hiking trails within walking distance of the house, it's an easy drive to Ohiopyle, the GAP trail, and other trails in nearby West Virginia. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we schedule another vacation in the area. »

« Perfect for our girls trip… we were very comfortable and the cabin was even better than pictured. Just a note that even though I called to confirm beforehand the downstairs couch is not a sleeper sofa so there are only 3 true beds which includes the upstairs sleeper sofa. Also the kitchen sink water does not get hot but with a dishwasher it’s not too much of a big deal. : ) »

« We stayed at this cabin over July 4th and it was wonderful! It was very clean and comfortable. The setting is very quiet and peaceful, sitting on the porch was so relaxing! The dogs were the best; Bart and Sophie came to visit often which we loved! Susan was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. Thank you for a lovely stay! »

« We arrived around 4pm on Friday and the cabin was open as described with a key on the inside table. It is smaller than the pictures depicted, but acceptable, very cute and clean. Our one issue is that in the description, it lists what the cabin does not have, but it never mentions it's not equipped with a stove or cooking device. There is only a firepit outside with a grate, which, for us, was acceptable. Our second issue was the toilet not flushing which was addressed immediately by the...

« It’s a nice place to stay. The GPS directions are bad. The had us turning left out of Ohiopyle and took us on a goat path. We couldn’t get though so we turned around and went on US 40. It was very quiet and clean. »
