« We had a group of 7 that stayed for 5 nights. The property is a bit away from the main tourist areas and that was exactly what we were looking for. The kayaks and paddle boards were used daily! You have your own little beach and the water was not above shoulder depth for a good 1/4 mile out so I felt comfortable letting the kids go on their own. The water was crystal clear. « The villa is very comfortable, clean and well stocked. It is located in the very quiet and secluded neighborhood, away from 7 mile crowds and traffic. We had a slight issue with the air conditioning in the main area, and it was resolved within an hour of calling the property manager. Roy was great and very helpful. We have thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, the sunroom and main area. Our only suggestion would be to update the mattress in the master bedroom. The old mattress is not very comfortable....

« This property is wonderful for families. There were 15 of us. Ages 7-70. Wonderful amenities at the house and great places nearby. We fished, kayaked, had family dinners on the porch, snorkeled, swam and the movie room was great. Let's Bait a Hook a great place to get fishing gear for rent etc. groceries near - expensive but very convenient. The property managers were very responsive and respectful. »

« Our family of six adults and three young children stayed in this VRBO for eight days. Every single thing we needed was there. The grocery was 10 minutes away. The beach was amazing in our backyard. Our family thought it was the best snorkeling experience we have had anywhere. Our grandkids loved the swimming pool. It was the perfect size. The layout of the house was great. You could go to your rooms and have some privacy and not hear much of anything else going on in the other areas of the home....
