« My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at El Escondite, a brief walk along a flat paved road to our favourite beach in the world. Julian is a gracious, attentive and kind host who ensured our stay was easy and comfortable. He prepared a magnificent fruit bowl for our arrival which we enjoyed for several days and was always available to answer questions and make suggestions. He is environmentally conscious and has a great sense of humour too, which always helps. »

« We loved our stay at Casa Milagros! I’m very glad we had an SUV, as the road is a little bumpy, I was glad we had it for multiple reasons around Tulum as well so 10/10 recommend renting an SUV for your stay. « Disfrutamos mucho la estadía, la casa es muy amplia. La temperatura de la alberca ideal para disfrutarla, y de buen tamaño. Una zona de la alberca no es tan honda, estaba bien para que los niños jugaran y hacia el otro lado la profundidad aumenta. Mucho estacionamiento y jardines bonitos. »

« Upon arrival, use of bathroom resulted in no water due to failure of toilet to refill. When we returned after 5 day kayak trip, unable to shower due to problem with pump. The owner said we did not have to pay, but there is no means to request a refund at that point. Also, upon opening back doors, the foam strips which provided some seal came loose and were difficult to replace, leaving openings for insects to enter. »
