« This is the first time I’ve booked a property and I had an amazing experience. The house and veiws were spectacular, especially with the snow we had. The biggest issue we faced was when the thermostat’s battery died, and the temp was stuck at 62. The host reached out very quickly and began working to help me fix the issue, even though it was late on Friday night. They even ordered a second space heater to make sure we were warm enough.
