« Passing time for 3 weeks before my flight. This hotel on the south side of Davao, and i was pleasantly surprised how great and comfortable it is. Clean rooms, good aircon, no in hotel noise. Great bed, pillows, wifi. Even has a comfortable smoking area off to the side of the entrance, that bothers nobody. Staff is great. Cold drinks and snacks sold in lobby, and a perfect well priced restaurant next door. Other stores, western union all within walking distance. There is traffic on the main road...

« Great experiance here. It is a large house in a gated residential neighborhood; sort of like a Bed and Breakfast crossed with an international travelers hostel. I met people from four different countries. Food is very European and atmosphere was welcoming. The owners are very nice and everything worked. I will be returning for the food alone. »

« This is an older property so don’t expect all the modern amenities. The room was spacious however the Air Conditioning unit was noisy and very old. The A/C wall unit must be replaced as it’s in a terrible condition and the noise it created is unbearable.
