« We stayed at Jim's place for a multi-day visit to the Mayo Clinic which was about 10 minutes away. The place was small but clean and the furniture was in good shape. It is in an apartment complex so can be a bit noisy at times but the noise quieted after 10pm. The complex is very family-oriented. The lock on the door then quit working at all so we had to leave unlocked every time we went out. There was no internet as advertised, which we needed for work.
