« We had a family reunion due to us gathering for a wedding of a nephew. The property was a perfect gathering spot in between events. The only real problem we had was a shower in the master suite did not have any hot water. The faucet needed a new part that could not be replaced while we were in the house. That was very inconvenient as we had people in every bedroom. The group also all commented that the chairs at the dining room table squealed very loudly on tile floor every time you moved them....

« The location is perfect for Scottsdale and Old Town Scottsdale! Very clean, new, and retro vibe. It's street parking (the neighbor mainly used the driveway) but we didn't have any issues. I would absolutely stay here again! The ONLY issue we had was one of the close neighbors banging on their door at 5:15am one morning for over 20min!! »

« We stayed with 5 couples total and there was plenty of bedroom and bathroom space. The backyard was smaller than it looks but the pool and hot tub were very clean. Easy to take a Waymo or uber to old town. »

« 4 man golf trip. House was perfect. Great big open spaces, clean and close to everyone in North Scottsdale. We ate out every meal, but the kitchen is gourmet and large. Owners were very clear and communicative. Rent without reservation. »
