Remodeled tiny cottage near lake w/BBQ and firepit

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis in the quaint Summer Village of Seba Beach. This cozy cottage is a 2 minute walk to a little beach on the shores of Wabamun Lake. We've poured our hearts into completely renovating this tiny home from the studs up in 2023.

The space
This cozy 467 square foot tiny cottage has been completely renovated from the inside out in 2023. Though it's small, it's bright, fresh, and has so many sweet details that we hope you'll love. The living room features a sofa bed that's perfect for additional sleeping space, a Roku smart TV, and an electric fireplace with a heater. The kitchen features adorable vintage-look appliances - a gas stove, a fridge, and a dishwasher - and we also have a microwave and Nespresso machine. There's a front porch with a bistro set, and a back deck & patio with chairs and a firepit. The backyard is large with a bocce ball court and picnic table. Our cabin is only a 17 minute drive to the Village of Wabamun where you can find a grocery store, quaint local shops and restaurants, and it's only 55 minutes to West Edmonton Mall if you want a taste of the city life.

Guest access
You may park up to two vehicles for free in our driveway. There is no public transportation in the area, so you will need to travel here with your own vehicle. There is a small convenience store in Seba Beach with basic groceries, and the nearest gas station is in the Village of Wabamun - a 17 minute drive away. You will find all amenities a 30 minute drive away in the Town of Stony Plain.

Other things to note
• our cabin is a tiny home with small living spaces, so it's not suitable for all guests
• we allow ONE dog (NO cats) under 50 lbs per stay for an additional $50/stay - please disclose this upon booking so that we can have our pet amenities ready for you & charge our pet fee to cover our extra cleaning costs; a signed pet waiver will be required before your stay
• maximum 4 registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. We do not allow unregistered guests or parties of any kind.
• we have a security camera at the front of the property

The Neigbourhood
The quaint Summer Village of Seba Beach is situated on the West shore of Wabamun Lake.

It's a tight-knit community full of friendly people, and has so much to offer all year around. In the summer, the village comes alive with all sorts of lake activities like swimming, paddleboarding and boating. There's also a fantastic Farmer's Market, mini golf, golf course and local restaurants available during the summer months. Winter is quieter in Seba Beach, but many folks enjoy ice fishing, hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, or simply enjoying the beauty of nature. The small general store is open all year around, and is a short drive or refreshing walk from our little cabin.

Note that the restaurants in Seba Beach are usually closed during winter and there is no food delivery in the area. The nearest year-round restaurants are about a 15 minute drive from the cabin.
