« The apartment is at a great location. We stayed for 3 nights (from Friday night to Monday morning). We got apartment that we did not select, and unfortunately, the ac in it did not work. Belgrade had a heat wave that particular weekend and the inside temperature was over 91F. The property does not have a 24h front desk, as stated in the property description, and the communication with the management was challenging. We reported the ac issue to the lady we saw at the front desk on Saturday...

« Superbe hôtel ! Les prestations sont excellentes, le personnel est à l’écoute et se met en 4 pour répondre à toutes vos demandes. Le seul hic, l’hotel fait tourner en boucle le même CD de musique italienne de 7h30 à 18h00, ce qui à la longue fatigue énormément. »
