Home to the Toronto Blue Jays and Honeymoon Island, Dunedin is Florida's first Trail Town and one of the Sunshine State's top walkable cities. You can spend all day wandering between the marina, restaurants, and galleries and still makes the short trip to the beach. Plan your visit to catch one of the town's many vibrant festivals, celebrating everything from arts and crafts to music to dogs.

With downtown just a block away, it's easy to get there by foot, but golf cart and bike rentals are also available. Spend evenings watching the sunset from the marina or make the short drive to put your toes in the sand at Honeymoon or Caladesi Island, consistently rated in the top 10 beaches. Or venture out further—the new Clearwater Ferry Water Taxi will take you to Clearwater Beach right from Dunedin’s marina. Plus, charming destinations like Palm Harbor and the authentic Greek town Tarpon Springs are just a short drive away or accessible by the Jolley Trolley and the Pinellas Trail.

The Barefoot Parrot collection consists of 3 cottage-style units, available both together and separately. All with reserved parking. Traveling with a group? Book more than one!

Bedrooms & Baths
Two guest suites and sleeping spaces for 2 in the living room. One bathroom w/ tub/shower combo. Baby-bath provided. Both bedrooms have a luxury linens, vanity /desk area for more space to get ready, TVs, ceiling fans, and black out blinds.

Living Room - Main Level
Open plan to include a full-size kitchen w/quartz counters and island bar. This light and bright space features a comfy couch and chairs, perfect for lounging and sleeping. Large flat screen TV.

The bright kitchen is every cook’s dream and is extremely well-equipped with all the cookware, utensils, and appliances you will need. Ample pantry space gives you enough room to stock up on groceries. A coffee bar starts your morning off in style.

Dunedin was voted one of America’s most walkable towns. You really don’t need a car to enjoy Dunedin! Bikes and golf cart rentals are available. Tiki Rides provides a free shuttle in and around downtown Dunedin, making it easy to hit all the spots on your list. A new downtown looper adds another option. If you want to venture a bit further try the Jolly Trolley, providing service to Clearwater Beach, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs and Safety Harbor. Headed to Clearwater Beach? Walk to the marina and catch the Clearwater Ferry to Clearwater Beach (Fri/Sat/Sun- check their website for exact availability). A nice boat ride and none of the hassles of beach parking.
