Location location location!
This house is amazing! I am definitely saving this as a favorite for us in Tampa. The space was absolutely perfect for our needs. We never used the Jacuzzi, but we had swimsuits just in case we wanted. We will definitely use it next time we stay here. The master bedroom has a humongous, super comfortable bed that is fairly high off the ground. I felt like a princess in it.The kitchen is spacious enough for someone to cook and for others to stand around chatting.The island in the kitchen/dining room is great for sitting to eat, or just to socialize around.The bathroom is awesome! With flamingos on the shower curtain and a rug...it felt like pure Florida...and was big enough for someone to assist me if I needed it.The outside spaces were great for soaking up some sun and relaxing.Cute house and easy to spot.It is close to just about anything one would need or desire. Food, shopping, groceries, etc ..The neighborhood was very quiet. And there's a nice park just a few blocks away. There was one minor house repair that was needed while we were there, and Gracine had it taken care of in 30 minutes.All in all an amazing property in a great location. Gracine is a fabulous host and easy to communicate with.We will definitely stay here again

The property was as advertised and as shown in pictures. Great central location and within walking distance of Raymond James stadium. The property was clean and comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay there again on future trips to Tampa.

We were in town for Christmas and my son lives only 10 minutes from the house. It was very clean, and the kitchen and bathroom was very well appointed. We had everything we needed to make a great meal, and retail, groceries and restaurants literally 1/2 mile away!

Close to everything!
We needed to purchase our breakfast supplies, walmart was inly 4 minutes away! The house had all the cookware we needed and no need to buy coffee or tea as we were welcomed to the supply. The host was nice to leave sodas & bottles water in the fridge as well.Beds were comfy. The 2 kids opted for the coches. I lived the pinball machine. The screened porch with jacuzzi and t,v, was great!

Newly remodeled property centrally located for Raymond James Stadium, a number of different shopping venues as well as downtown. Property itself was spotless. Kitchen well equipped with soda and water provided free in the refrigerator. Would like to have stayed longer to take advantage of jacuzzi and foosball out on the back patio. Bathroom equipped with toiletries and lots of towels. Very positive experience overall. Will be back next time we come to Tampa.

Looking for the perfect rental for your Tampa stay? Look no further!
The property is exactly as advertised, it's beautiful. SO clean, with a lovely backyard / patio which includes an amazing hot tub with a television out back. The king sized bed in the main room is probably the most comfortable rental bed I've ever slept in. It is fully stocked with an assortment of clean towels, all the cookware you would need for meals, etc. Total privacy. Would LOVE to stay again in the future, as My friend and I felt so cozy here. A home away from home. You won't want to leave!

Home away from home!
This was our second stay as my daughter is attending UT. The home is absolutely perfect for a family of 4/6. It’s so clean and comfortable. Gracine, the host, is so accommodating and nice. The home is within minutes to Hyde Park Village, U Tampa, Target, Walmart…. Literally everything you need. It’s perfect. Already planning our next stay. Won’t stay anywhere else!

We had no issues over our 10 day stay. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfectly located within walking distance to Raymand James Stadium and in a quiet neighborhood. Contact with the owner was seamless and quick. It would be nice to have some instructions for the hot tub, but we figured it out. Very neat & clean plus well kept.

Fantastic home and location!
The home was absolutely spotless! Very nice furniture and comfortable beds. Lovely updated kitchen and bathroom. More than enough room for a family of four. The host left us plenty of quality towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. She had the refrigerator stocked with water and soda which was a really nice surprise! It was very evident that she wanted us to enjoy our stay. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood within a mile of UTampa, which we were visiting, so it was perfect. There are restaurants nearby as well, and downtown Tampa was easily accessible. Looks like my daughter will be attending UTampa, so we will definitely be staying here again!!! Thank you Gracine!
