« Very nice and good sized but spare apartment. Odd stuff in some of the drawers and shelves could be cleaned out. Could also use some separate bins for sorting waste and written instructions about recycling, as are usually found in Italian rentals. Odd that there was no baking pan or sheet that could be used in the oven. Otherwise, a very good value and nice location in a relaxed part of the city with reasonable restaurants, shops, and a laundromat nearby. »

« 30th anniversary trip ! Arts and crafts was perfect location in Firenza! Away from the main square but only a short walk. Which we preferred . The neighborhood was perfect, the accommodations outstanding! Communication was easy. We hope to return one day snd would definitely stay in this exact location, »

« The appartment was clean and well located. The communication with the host wasnt the best. They wanted to charge us 100€ for the tourist tax when all the other places in Italy cost us between 10 and 2€ for the stay. »

« We absolutely LOVED this property!! The beginning of the stay didn't start so smooth as we were locked out of the apartment for about 2 hours - which on Christmas Eve especially was not ideal! However, the young man Mirko who was there to greet us and let us in was so wonderful. So while we waited for someone else to come fix the door, he gave us a history lesson and tons of ideas of places to go and things to see. Once we were in we were so impressed with the space - much bigger than...

« Wonderful location less then 10 min away from train station, grocery etc near all attraction. On a sad note, no elevator for this appartement. Over 50 stairs to climb. The apartment floor and bathrooms were not so clean. :-( beds were confortable. Washing machine very loud but convenient. »
