« Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. The breakfast and food in the hotel was lacking. There was no coffee in the room, but there was a coffee maker. You had to buy a K cup for $3.50. No daily Maid service. We requested someone to come in to clean the bathroom, but no response. Was located in a great area with very nice resort surrounding us walking distance. We really enjoyed the gondola ride that we could go down to the market and public transportation depot and come back up....

« Hotel moderne et propre avec tous les équipements dans la chambre tel que four, machine a laver laveuse et sécheuse, produit de vaisselle, sel, poivre, produit entretien lessive... très pratique,un vrai petit studio. Il ne manquerai plus qu'il y ai un petit déjeuner gratuit inclus et se serait la perfection. »

« Although the location is advertised as a hotel, this is a misnomer as the rooms are individually owned and vary enormously as to the equipemet etc inside, and although the staff at reception are pleasant, it is not the usual welcome of a hotel. On arrival, I was told there were plenty of places nearby to eat - as a result I wandered in entirely the wrong direction, towards the ski slopes where most places were shut at 8.30 p.m. It would have been very helpful to have been told a small store was...

« Great location, super comfy bed, nice tv. It's always nice to have a mini kitchen. Took one star off just because facilities are a little dated and in need of repair (bathroom, window, curtains), and the check in time is a little late (4pm), but otherwise super happy. Loved the location next to wastach state park, some might like being closer to park city but i thought it was close.enougg. »

« The desk didn’t want to help too much.Both elevators were out for almost all of our days at the hotel.The shared ski storage room was a mess. No was cloths provided. »

« I stayed here with my two boys (11,14) for their spring break ski trip. We love everything about this condo and its location. The property where this condo is located has everything: underground parking(so nice!), ski valet, minutes from groceries, etc. The condo is specious and clean, recently updated so everything appeared to be new. In-room laundry is a bonus because of my two boys :). Will rent again. »

« We have stayed at the Zermatt numerous times. This time I stayed in a privately owned kind chalet through VRBO. It was very clean. The bed was terribly hard and obviously old. The pillows didn’t match in size and were very flat. The pillows were so bad my husband had to sleep on the extra blanket from the closet. There were no extra pillows or towels and because the room was a privately owned room the Zermatt refused to give us any more to use. The bed was actually crippling and my husband slept...
